Please read them with the Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Service Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If a sentence here conflicts with a right you have under UK consumer law, that right prevails.

Definitions

• Order request: submitting the basket with your details. It asks us to check a specification. It is not our acceptance of a contract.
• Confirmation: our written message, usually by email, that names the goods, the price, and how to pay. The contract is formed when we send it.
• Consumer: a person buying mainly for private use, not mainly for a business.
• Made to specification: a product we cut, finish, or assemble because of a measurement or finish you chose, such as a worktop length or a door finish prepared only for that request.

Using the website

You may browse the catalogue and send an order request for a lawful domestic or trade enquiry. You must not attempt to break, overload, or bypass the site, submit false details, or copy the catalogue for resale.

You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements, finish choices, and contact details you send. We rely on them when we check whether a run of cabinets or a worktop length can be supplied.

Catalogue information

Product pages describe construction, dimensions, finishes, and the decision each piece is meant to support. Photographs are illustrative. Wood grain, laminate pattern, and screen colour can differ slightly from the item supplied.

A finish or length you select is part of the specification. If a description contains an obvious error, we may correct it and tell you before we ask you to proceed.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the prices displayed at the time you build the basket, unless we confirm a written adjustment for delivery, VAT treatment, or a measuring correction.

Order requests

Adding a product and submitting checkout sends an order request. It is not, by itself, our acceptance of a contract.

We review the lines, options, quantities, and your details. We may accept the request, ask for a clarification, or decline it if an item is unavailable, a price or description is obviously wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address.

A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing, usually by email, and set out the goods, price, and how payment should be made.

The usual sequence is: you choose products, finishes or lengths, and quantities; you submit the request with a UK address if you want delivery; we check the lines; we confirm, ask a question, or decline; you pay only after that written confirmation, if we have asked for payment before dispatch.

An item in the basket is not reserved. Availability is confirmed in the later message. We will not substitute a different finish or length without your agreement.

Payment

We do not take a card payment on the basket page. Payment instructions or an invoice follow our confirmation. Details are in the Payment Policy.

Please do not email full card numbers. Title in the goods remains with us until we have received cleared payment, except where the law says otherwise.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery is free of a separate carriage charge unless we have told you in writing about an exceptional cost, for example a failed delivery caused by an incomplete address.

Dates we give are estimates unless we agree a fixed date in the order confirmation. The Shipping Policy explains addresses, failed delivery, and damage on arrival.

Standard delivery is to the confirmed address. It does not include installation, plumbing, electrical work, or a room survey, unless the confirmation expressly says that we will provide that service. Product pages are not a fitting guide for gas or water.

Your consumer rights

If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

For many distance contracts, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days after you receive the goods to cancel, and a further 14 days after you tell us to return them. This right does not apply to all kitchen goods. It generally does not apply to goods made to your specification, or clearly personalised, such as a worktop cut to a length or a finish we prepare only because you selected it, once production for that specification has started.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow us to exclude. The Returns Policy explains how to contact us and how refunds are handled.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care, and for any liability the law does not allow us to limit. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.

We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, for business interruption or lost profit where you are buying as a consumer for a private kitchen, or for delay caused by an address you gave us that is incomplete. If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, our liability for that order is limited to the price of the goods in the confirmed order, except where the law forbids that limit.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, layout, and the way the catalogue is organised belong to us or our licensors. You may view them to choose products. You may not copy the catalogue, product images, or page structure for another shop without written permission.

Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The new version applies to requests sent after it is published. Confirmed orders stay on the terms accepted at confirmation, unless the law requires a change.
